Ingredients for pasta:

wheat flour, parsley, corn starch, oil and water.

Ingredients for the filling:

ground beef, onion, tomato, wheat flour, milk, margarine, bay leaf, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Ingredients for dusting:

wheat flour, milk, eggs and breadcrumbs.

Finally, just fry in hot oil.

Anthill cake with a layer of caramel and banana

Ingredients for the cake:

sugar, wheat flour, butter, eggs, grated coconut, baking powder, vanilla essence and milk.

Ingredients for the caramel layer and banana:

bananas, sugar and water.

Coffee pudding

milk, condensed milk, coffee and eggs.

water and sugar.

Iced fruit cake

Ingredients for cake:

Sugar, wheat flour, eggs, oil, baking powder, orange juice, water.

Ingredients for whipped cream frosting:

whipped cream, powdered sugar and sliced fruits.

Macua Dolls - Mozambique

These dolls are made by Mozambican women. 

They represent the culture of the Macua women of Nampula, Northern Mozambique.

The dolls are dressed with colorful "Capulanas" and are dancing a traditional local dance called Tufo.
